New Facial Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out consultation forms and allow us to start your facial on time.


Cancellation Policy

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. Please follow our cancellation policies as we hate to charge you!  We do require advanced notice if you cannot make your appointment.  If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours advance notice, a service charge of $100 will be charged on your credit card.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Although your card will not be charged at the time of reservation, it will be used in the event of a no show or same day cancellation. Supplying us with your credit and or gift card information for a spa reservation is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.



If you are running late for your spa appointment, please give us a courtesy call to let us know that you are on your way. Unfortunately, your treatment time may be reduced in order to finish your service by the scheduled time, so the next scheduled guest is not inconvenienced. The service fee will remain the same.



Retail items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, and will be eligible for store credit only. Gift Cards and Certificates, Makeup, and Skincare sales are considered as FINAL SALE. If you are experiencing a problem with a skincare item, please contact us so we may help correct the issue.



Spa gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasions. Purchased gift cards and certificates have no expiration and may be used on products or services. All gift card and certificate sales are considered FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for cash.



In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.



Certain conditions may preclude you from participating in some services or using some products. Therefore, it is imperative that you disclose any health problems to your spa therapist before your service begins for your own safety.

As an example, persons using topical prescriptions such as but not limited to: Retin-A, Renova, or Accutane CANNOT receive Chemical Peel or Silk Peel Dermalinfusion.  Please discontinue to use it at least 5 days prior to your facial appointment.

Pregnant women may have more limited service options, such as which oils and products can be used during treatments.

If uncertain or concerned, please obtain permission from your physician before scheduling any services.



Coming to have spa treatment is a complete unwind and relaxation to escape from the everyday stresses of life. Please turn off your phones and other electronic devices during treatment.
