We are thrilled to let you know that we are reopening LUMIÈRE in 2 weeks on June 8 (Monday)!  We cannot wait to welcome you back through the door of LUMIÈRE for a much needed catch up and pamper.

COVID 19 Safety Guidelines for LUMIÈRE’s clients

WE BELIEVE IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE, SANITIZED, AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS. 

From Day 1, we always adhere to the highest standard of disinfection.   As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we remain committed to doing everything we can to provide you a clean and safe spa environment.  In doing so, we wanted to share the decisions we’ve made to adapt the LUMIÈRE experience during these extraordinary times.

Before your appointment - - 

* You'll be asked to complete the COVID 19 health screening form.

* We'll strictly limit ONLY 1 client in our studio at any given time.  As our studio is private, it will be easy to control that and we ask you to come for your appointment ALONE and ON TIME. 

During your appointment - 

* All bed sheets will be single use and disposed after each client.  

* No hot towels will be used.  Instead, we will be using disposable cellulose facial sponges, cotton round and gauze.

* You will NOT be asked to change to our gown.  A tank top or t-shirt will be comfortable to wear during your treatment. 

* You will be asked to wear a disposable hair protective cap (we will provide). 

* Facial steam, Scalp massage & hand massage won't be offered during the facial treatment until further notice

* Your therapist will be wearing face shield, face mask and gloves as appropriate when providing the service.

* We request there will be no chatting during the treatment.  We will select the healing music with a frequency of 432Hz to help you completely relax.  A lot of clients have been suffering disturbed sleep over the past three months and your spa time will be a fantastic time to heal & rejuvenate.

WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER 

As you can imagine, our operating expenses will be increased as we're implementing new measures to ensure the highest safety standard.  At the moment, we've decided not to increase the price and our business will absorb the extra costs during this challenging times.
